Riesling Rutscherle

Domaine Vincent Stoeffler
Grown on a sun-kissed slope in Barr, this dry white comes from a family estate farmed organically and biodynamically, where respect for the soil is everything. The limestone-rich plot gives the wine its backbone: think crisp citrus, white peach and a stony, almost saline finish that keeps you coming back for another sip. Fermented slowly with native yeasts and aged on fine lees, it has real texture without losing its freshness. Pour it alongside oysters, grilled trout, or a creamy goat's cheese and you'll see why Alsace does this grape so well. Drinking beautifully now, but happy to wait a few years.
