Pinot Noir Rotenberg bio

Domaine Vincent Stoeffler
Grown on the red, iron-rich soils of a sun-loving Alsatian slope, this organic red comes from a family estate in Barr that's been farming with respect for the land for generations. The vines dig deep into clay and limestone, giving fruit with real character: ripe cherry, wild raspberry and a gentle hint of spice. Hand-harvested, gently vinified and aged in oak, it keeps its freshness while gaining silky texture and length. Pour it with roast poultry, grilled lamb or a plate of soft cheeses. Serve lightly chilled in summer, and you'll see just how charming Pinot Noir can be here.
