Crémant d'Alsace XXC

Domaine Vincent Stoeffler
# Sparkling Alsace 2022 — Domaine Vincent Stoeffler Fancy something lively? This organic Alsace sparkler comes from a family estate in Barr, where vines are tended biodynamically on granite and limestone soils. Pinot Blanc and Auxerrois lead the blend, hand-picked and gently pressed before a slow second fermentation in bottle, then long ageing on lees for extra finesse. The result is a fine, persistent mousse with crisp green apple, white peach and a touch of brioche. Dry, fresh and beautifully balanced, it's perfect as an aperitif, with oysters, or simply whenever you fancy raising a glass. Elegant, food-friendly and genuinely great value.
