Gewurztraminer bio

Domaine Vincent Stoeffler
Grown on the sun-kissed slopes around Barr, this organic Alsatian white comes from a family estate that has farmed with biodynamic care for decades. The vines dig into granite and limestone soils, giving the fruit real depth and freshness. Expect a generous nose of lychee, rose petal and candied citrus, followed by a palate that's rich yet beautifully balanced, with a gentle spice on the finish. Gentle pressing and slow fermentation in the cellar preserve every bit of aromatic charm. Lovely with spicy Asian dishes, soft cheeses like Munster, or simply on its own as an aperitif. A 2023 worth discovering.
