Pinot Noir Salzhof bio

Domaine Vincent Stoeffler
Grown on the sun-kissed slopes of a storied Alsace vineyard, this organic red comes from a family estate in Barr that's been tending vines with care for generations. The limestone-rich soil gives the fruit a lovely tension, while gentle vinification and ageing in oak barrels bring depth without masking the cherry and wild raspberry notes you'll find on the nose. Silky tannins, a touch of spice and a fresh, clean finish make it easy to love. Perfect with roast poultry, mushroom dishes or a charcuterie board shared with friends. Serve it slightly cool and let it open up in the glass.
