Pinot Noir Grand Cru Kirchberg de Barr Nature Bio "XXC"

Domaine Vincent Stoeffler
Imagine a pinot noir with real Alsace character: grown on the limestone slopes of a historic grand cru in Barr, where old vines dig deep and ripen slowly. The family behind it has farmed organically and biodynamically for decades, and it shows in the purity of the fruit. Picked by hand, fermented with wild yeasts and bottled without added sulphites, the 2023 gives you juicy red cherry, wild raspberry and a savoury, chalky finish that keeps you coming back. Silky rather than heavy, it loves roast poultry, charcuterie or a simple mushroom risotto. Pure, honest, alive — pour it slightly chilled.
