Pinot Noir Salzhof bio

Domaine Vincent Stoeffler
Grown on the sandy-clay slopes of a historic Alsace vineyard, this organic Pinot Noir comes from a family estate in Barr that has been farming biodynamically for years. The 2023 vintage gives you a bright, supple red with aromas of cherry, wild strawberry and a touch of forest floor. Gentle extraction and a patient ageing keep the tannins silky, while the fresh acidity stops it feeling heavy. Serve it slightly chilled with roast poultry, charcuterie or a mushroom risotto and you'll see why Alsace reds are winning people over. Honest, drinkable and full of character — grab a bottle while you can.
