Icarus Amphore bio

Domaine Vincent Stoeffler
Born in Barr, in the heart of Alsace, this biodynamic white comes from a family estate that's been working its vines organically for decades. The grapes ferment and age in terracotta amphorae buried in the cellar — no oak, no fuss, just clay letting the fruit speak for itself. The result is a wine with real texture: ripe orchard fruit, a hint of beeswax and dried herbs, and that lovely saline grip Alsace limestone soils give. Pour it alongside roast chicken, creamy risotto or a mature cheese board. If you're curious about natural winemaking done properly, start here. You'll be won over.
