Riesling Grand Cru Kirchberg de Barr Nature Bio

Domaine Vincent Stoeffler
Grown on the sun-drenched marl-limestone slopes of Barr, this dry white comes from a family estate farmed organically and biodynamically for decades. The vines dig deep into stony soils, giving a wine with real tension: citrus zest, white peach and a flinty, saline edge that lingers. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and bottled without added sulphites, it keeps everything pure and alive — no make-up, just fruit and terroir. Pour it alongside grilled fish, Thai-spiced dishes or a mature Comté, and you'll see why Grand Cru sites like this one are worth the detour. Drinking beautifully now, or cellar it with confidence.
