Crémant Extra-Brut Emprise Bio

Rieffel
Looking for a sparkling wine with real character? This Alsatian bubbly comes from a family estate in Mittelbergheim, where the vines are farmed organically and the soils — a mix of limestone and marl — give the fruit a lovely tension. Hand-picked grapes, a gentle press and a long ageing on lees build those fine, persistent bubbles you can feel straight away. With barely any dosage, it stays crisp and clean: think green apple, citrus zest, a hint of brioche and a chalky finish. Perfect as an aperitif, with oysters, or whenever you fancy something a little more serious than usual.
