Pinot Noir Kreuzel

Rieffel
Imagine a Pinot Noir with real Alsatian character: grown on the Kreuzel slope, a parcel of marl and limestone that gives the fruit its tension and savoury edge. The Rieffel family farms biodynamically in Mittelbergheim, working the vines by hand and letting nature set the pace. Whole bunches, wild yeasts, a gentle extraction and ageing in old oak keep everything pure and lively. You'll find bright cherry and wild raspberry, a touch of spice, silky tannins and a lift of freshness on the finish. Pour it with roast poultry, mushroom dishes or a plate of charcuterie, lightly chilled if you like.
