Pinot Blanc Granite

Rieffel
Grown on the granite slopes of Mittelbergheim, this Alsatian white comes from the Rieffel family, who farm their vines organically and biodynamically, letting the soil do the talking. You'll find a lovely tension here: ripe orchard fruit, a touch of white flowers and a clean, mineral finish that granite always seems to bring. Fermented with native yeasts and aged on fine lees in old foudres, it keeps its freshness and gains a gentle texture. Pour it with roast chicken, creamy risotto, a plate of charcuterie or simply on its own. Easy-going, honest and genuinely food-friendly — exactly what you want.
