Riesling Wiebelsberg Grand Cru

Rieffel
Grown on the steep sandstone slopes of one of Alsace's finest grand cru sites, this white comes from a family estate in Mittelbergheim working its vines organically and biodynamically. The warm, free-draining soil gives you a wine of real precision: taut citrus, white peach and a flinty, almost saline edge that lingers long after the sip. Hand-harvested fruit, gentle pressing and a slow fermentation in old wooden foudres let the terroir speak for itself, with no make-up. Try it with grilled sea bass, scallops or a mature Comté — or simply keep it a few years and watch it grow.
