Pinot Noir Nature

Rieffel
Made by the Rieffel family in Mittelbergheim, this is Alsace at its most honest. The grapes come from old vines rooted in limestone and sandstone slopes, farmed organically and picked by hand. Vinification is as hands-off as it gets: wild yeasts, no added sulphites, no fining or filtering. What you get in the glass is bright, juicy and alive — think fresh cherry, wild raspberry and a little peppery crunch, with silky tannins and a mineral lift on the finish. Serve it lightly chilled with charcuterie, roast poultry or a weeknight pizza. Easy to love, hard to put down.
