Crémant Brut Rosé Mister Pink

Rieffel
Think bubbles with a wink of raspberry pink. Made by the Rieffel family in Mittelbergheim, a village where vines have been tended organically and biodynamically for generations, this sparkling Alsace comes from Pinot Noir grown on sandstone and limestone slopes. Hand-picked grapes, a gentle pressing and a slow second fermentation in bottle give you fine, persistent bubbles and a bright, crisp finish. On the nose you'll find wild strawberry, redcurrant and a little brioche; on the palate it's dry, fresh and wonderfully easy to drink. Perfect as an aperitif, with summer berries, or simply because you fancy something cheerful.
