Sylvaner Heiligenberg

Domaine Vincent Stoeffler
Looking for a white that's fresh, honest and full of character? This one comes from a family estate in Barr, farmed organically and biodynamically with real care for the soil. The grapes grow on the Heiligenberg slope, where limestone and marl give the wine its lovely tension and mineral bite. Gentle pressing, slow fermentation and ageing on fine lees bring out delicate notes of citrus, white flowers and a hint of fresh herbs. Light, crisp and beautifully dry, it's your go-to with seafood, quiche, goat's cheese or simply on its own as an aperitif. Easy to love, hard to forget.
