Hautes Côte de Beaune

Pierre Boisson
Looking for a Burgundy red that punches well above its postcode? This one comes from Pierre Boisson, a name you'll know from Meursault, where precision and purity are the house style. Up in the cooler hills behind Beaune, the Pinot Noir vines sit on limestone-rich slopes that keep the fruit fresh and lively. The 2020 vintage gives you ripe red cherry and wild raspberry, a touch of forest floor, and silky tannins that never overpower. Gentle extraction and a light touch with the oak let the terroir speak. Pour it with roast chicken, mushrooms or a charcuterie board — you won't be disappointed.
