Bourgogne Blanc Murgey Limozin

Pierre Boisson
Crafted by Pierre Boisson, a quietly brilliant grower based in Meursault, this 2021 white comes from a parcel just beyond the village boundaries, where limestone-rich soils give the wine its lovely tension. The vines are farmed with real care, picked by hand and pressed gently, then fermented and aged in barrel on fine lees for added depth. Expect aromas of white peach, hazelnut and a touch of citrus zest, with a creamy texture balanced by bright, mouth-watering acidity. It drinks beautifully now with roast chicken or creamy cheeses, yet has the backbone to reward a few more years in the cellar.
