Bourgogne Aligoté En Boussin

Pierre Boisson
Picture a white Burgundy that surprises you from the first sip. Crafted in Meursault by a grower with a near-obsessive eye for detail, this aligoté comes from a single plot of old vines rooted in limestone-rich clay, worked with real care and minimal intervention. Fermentation happens naturally, followed by ageing on fine lees in barrel, which gives the wine a creamy texture you rarely find in this grape. Expect bright citrus, white flowers, a hint of hazelnut, and that mouth-watering freshness that keeps you coming back. Serve it chilled with oysters, goat's cheese or simply on its own. You'll be impressed.
