Mâcon Villages Au Poirier Chanin

Pierre Boisson
Crafted by Pierre Boisson, a name that needs no introduction in Meursault, this Chardonnay shows what the Mâconnais can really do when someone cares. The vines sit on limestone-rich slopes, worked with patience and respect, picked by hand when the fruit hits that sweet spot between ripeness and freshness. Gentle pressing, native yeasts and ageing on fine lees in barrel give you a wine with real texture: white peach, citrus zest, a touch of hazelnut and a saline, chalky finish. Pour it with roast chicken, grilled fish or a good cheese board. Honest, precise and seriously good value for the quality you get.
