Bourgogne Aligoté

Pierre Boisson
Meursault-based winemaker Pierre Boisson crafts this white with the same care he gives his grand crus. The grapes come from old vines rooted in the limestone soils around Meursault and Volnay, picked by hand and farmed with real respect for the land. Fermentation happens slowly in old oak barrels, then the wine rests on its lees for months, picking up depth and a lovely creamy texture. You get bright citrus, white flowers and a chalky freshness that keeps everything lively. Perfect with oysters, grilled fish or a plate of cheese. Honestly, it drinks far above its humble appellation — give it a try.
