Crémant du Jura Blanc de Noirs

Made entirely from Pinot Noir and Trousseau grown on the clay-limestone slopes around Arbois, this sparkling Jura is pure energy in a glass. Bénédicte and Stéphane Tissot farm biodynamically, picking by hand and pressing whole bunches gently so the juice stays bright and pale. After a long rest on lees in the cellar, you get fine, persistent bubbles and a lovely creamy texture. Expect red apple, crushed strawberry, brioche and a chalky, mouth-watering finish. Serve it well chilled as an aperitif, with oysters, fried chicken or a plate of Comté — it handles all three with ease. Seriously good value fizz.

Arbois Chardonnay Les Graviers

Grown on the gravelly soils around Arbois, this Jura white comes from one of the region's most respected biodynamic growers. Stéphane and Bénédicte farm their old Chardonnay vines with real care, hand-harvesting fruit that ripens slowly on stony ground. Fermentation happens naturally in oak barrels, where the wine rests on its lees under a topped-up, oxidative-free approach, giving you purity rather than the Jura's famous nutty style. Expect white peach, citrus zest and a chalky, saline finish that keeps you coming back. Lovely with roast chicken, river fish or a wedge of Comté. Drink now or cellar a few years.

Crémant du Jura Blanc Zéro Dosage

# Sparkling Jura, Zero Dosage Made by Bénédicte and Stéphane Tissot, two of the Jura's most respected biodynamic growers, this sparkling white comes from organically farmed vines rooted in the region's marl and limestone soils. The traditional method gives it fine, persistent bubbles and a long ageing on lees that brings depth and a gentle brioche note. With no dosage added, nothing hides the fruit — expect crisp green apple, citrus zest and a chalky, mineral finish that leaves your mouth watering. Bone dry and beautifully precise, it's perfect as an aperitif, with oysters, or alongside a simple goat's cheese salad. Serve well chilled.

Bourgogne Blanc Clous Perrons

Crafted by Anne Boisson in Meursault, this white Burgundy comes from old Chardonnay vines rooted in clay-limestone soils just outside the village boundaries. Everything is done by hand, with low yields and a gentle touch in the cellar: slow pressing, fermentation with native yeasts, then ageing in seasoned oak barrels on fine lees. The 2022 vintage gives you a glass full of ripe citrus, white peach and a hint of hazelnut, carried by a lovely saline freshness. It drinks beautifully now with roast chicken, creamy risotto or a plate of goat's cheese, yet it will happily rest a few more years.

Bourgogne Aligoté

Crafted in Meursault by a winemaker who works her small plots with real care, this white comes from old vines rooted in the limestone-rich soils of the Côte de Beaune. Hand-harvested fruit, gentle pressing and ageing in oak barrels give it a depth you rarely find in this appellation. Expect bright citrus, white flowers and a touch of hazelnut, carried by a lively freshness and a surprisingly creamy texture. Vintage 2019 brought ripeness and balance in equal measure. Lovely with oysters, goat's cheese or simply on its own as an aperitif. A quietly brilliant bottle that over-delivers every time.

Born in the heart of the Côte des Bar, this cuvée comes from a single plot where Pinot Noir thrives on Kimmeridgian clay and limestone. Adrien Renoir took over the family plots and works them with real care — low yields, old vines, and a gentle hand in the cellar. Fermentation in a mix of tanks and barrels, minimal dosage, and plenty of time on lees give you a Champagne with proper depth: red berries, toasted brioche, a chalky mineral snap and a finish that lingers. Precise, vinous and seriously food-friendly. Pour it with roast poultry or aged cheese, or simply enjoy it on its own.

The wine spends time on fine lees in the cellar, gaining weight and a gentle creaminess without losing its bright, chalky backbone. Expect red apple, citrus zest, a whisper of brioche and a long, mineral finish. Brilliant with oysters, roast chicken or simply on its own when you fancy something special.
