Granite BIO

Domaine de l'Ecu
A biodynamic gem from the heart of Muscadet country, grown on weathered granite soils that give this wine its lively backbone. The family behind it has farmed these vines organically for decades, working the land with real care and letting the fruit speak for itself. Expect a crisp, mineral-driven white with notes of citrus, white flowers and a touch of sea spray. Fermented with indigenous yeasts and aged on fine lees, it gains texture without losing its freshness. Brilliant with oysters, grilled fish or simply chilled on a sunny afternoon. Honest, pure and seriously good value for a wine with this much character.
