VDF Chute Libre Feux Sauvage

A free-spirited white from the Jura, crafted by a young, hands-on domaine with a real love for low-intervention winemaking. The vines grow on the region's famous marl and limestone soils, worked organically and picked by hand when the fruit hits its sweet spot. Fermentation happens naturally with indigenous yeasts, with minimal sulphur and no fuss in the cellar, so the grapes speak for themselves. Expect bright citrus, orchard fruit and a lively, mineral finish that keeps you coming back for another sip. Brilliant with goat's cheese, grilled fish or simply on its own with friends. Drink it young and chilled.
