Orthogneiss BIO

Domaine de l'Ecu
Grown on ancient orthogneiss rock in the heart of the Muscadet country, this Melon de Bourgogne comes from a family estate farmed biodynamically since the 1970s — a true pioneer in the Loire. Old vines, hand harvesting, wild yeasts and no additions: just pure juice left on fine lees to build texture and depth. You'll find a bright, mineral white with notes of citrus zest, white flowers and crushed stone, finishing saline and wonderfully tense. Perfect with oysters, grilled fish or a plate of fresh goat's cheese. Honest, living wine from a terroir that speaks for itself — enjoy it chilled.
