A Savoie red with real character, born from Corentin Houillon's careful work in the vineyard. Farming here is natural and hands-on, with old vines worked patiently and grapes picked by hand at just the right moment. The 2021 vintage brings freshness and lift, with bright red fruit, crunchy cherry and a gentle peppery edge. Vinification is low-intervention: whole bunches, native yeasts, no fining, minimal sulphur, letting the mountain soils speak for themselves. The result is light on its feet yet wonderfully expressive, perfect slightly chilled alongside charcuterie, grilled vegetables or a simple roast chicken. A small-production bottle worth grabbing while you can.
