Riesling Hommage à Hubert Trimbach

Trimbach
A tribute cuvée from one of Alsace's most respected family houses, crafted by a dynasty that's been making wine in Ribeauvillé since 1626. You'll find grapes drawn from prized limestone and marl slopes, hand-picked and gently pressed before a slow, cool fermentation in stainless steel — no oak, nothing to mask the fruit. The 2023 gives you citrus zest, white peach and that unmistakable flinty, saline edge that only great Alsatian terroir delivers. Bone-dry, tightly wound and built to age a decade or more. Pour it with grilled trout, scallops or a creamy Munster. Pure, precise and quietly brilliant.
