Riesling Vieilles Vignes

Trimbach
Straight from Ribeauvillé, this dry white comes from a family house that's been perfecting its craft since 1626. The grapes grow on older plots rooted in the limestone and granite soils of Alsace, where low yields and deep roots concentrate everything that makes the variety so distinctive. Fermented slowly in stainless steel, with no oak to get in the way, it keeps that signature purity: citrus zest, white flowers, crushed stone and a tightly wound, mouth-watering finish. Pour it with trout, choucroute, goat's cheese or simply on its own as an aperitif. Drink now, or cellar it for a decade.
