Pinot Blanc

Trimbach
A classic from one of Alsace's most respected family houses, established in Ribeauvillé back in 1626 and still run by the Trimbach family today. The 2023 vintage comes from limestone-rich slopes where the grapes ripen slowly, keeping that lovely freshness intact. Fermented in stainless steel to protect the fruit, it stays bone dry with no oak getting in the way. Expect a bright, easy-going white with notes of pear, white peach and a hint of almond, rounded off by a gentle citrus lift. Pour it with quiche, grilled fish, soft cheeses or simply on its own. Honest, food-friendly and very drinkable.
