Riesling Réserve

Trimbach
A benchmark dry white from one of Alsace's most respected family houses, making wine in Ribeauvillé since 1626. The grapes come from limestone-rich slopes around the village, hand-picked and pressed gently, then fermented slowly in stainless steel to keep everything bright and precise. No oak, no fuss — just pure fruit. You'll find zesty lemon and green apple, a whisper of white flowers and that signature flinty, mineral finish that makes your mouth water. Bone dry, beautifully balanced and built to age for a decade or more. Try it with oysters, trout, roast chicken or a simple goat's cheese salad.
