Riesling Grand Cru Geisberg

Trimbach
Imagine a wine born on one of Ribeauvillé's steepest slopes, where marl and limestone soils soak up the sun and give the grapes real backbone. The family behind it has been crafting dry, precise whites in Alsace for thirteen generations, and you can taste that know-how in every sip. Fermented slowly, without oak, it keeps a razor-sharp purity: think white peach, lime zest, crushed stone and a saline finish that lingers. Bone-dry and beautifully tense, it already charms today but will reward another decade in your cellar. Perfect with langoustines, roast poultry or a mature Comté. A benchmark worth discovering.
