🍇 Anne and Jean-François Ganevat: Jura’s Soul in a Bottle

Located in Rotalier, Jura, Domaine Ganevat is a benchmark in the world of natural wine. Jean-François, known as “Fanfan,” took over the family estate in 1998 after nearly a decade in Burgundy. Together with his sister Anne, he cultivates around 13 hectares biodynamically, on vibrant and complex terroirs.

🌿 Philosophy

• Biodynamic farming since 2006, no additives, and no added sulfur in some cuvées.

• Revival of forgotten Jura grape varieties, micro-parcel vinifications, long aging.

• A complementary négociant business allows vinification of grapes from natural growers.

• Vibrant whites from Savagnin, Chardonnay, or Melon à Queue Rouge.

• Elegant reds from Trousseau, Pinot Noir, Gamay.
