Located in Rotalier, Jura, Domaine Ganevat is a benchmark in the world of natural wine. Jean-François, known as “Fanfan,” took over the family estate in 1998 after nearly a decade in Burgundy. Together with his sister Anne, he cultivates around 13 hectares biodynamically, on vibrant and complex terroirs.
