Vin de France "Mon Rouge"

Anne et Jean-Francois Ganevat
Straight from the Jura, this is one of those bottles that makes you smile before you've even finished the first glass. Anne and Jean-François Ganevat farm their old vines biodynamically, with real care for soil life and very little fuss in the cellar — wild yeasts, gentle extraction, barely any sulphur. The result? A juicy, playful red built on Jurassien varieties and a few surprises blended in, all crunchy red berries, wild herbs and a lively mineral streak from those limestone and marl soils. Serve it slightly chilled with charcuterie, roast chicken or just good company. Honest, drinkable and full of personality.
