Vin de France "La Colline des Dames"

Anne et Jean-Francois Ganevat
A rare gem from the Jura, crafted by one of the region's most sought-after growers. Anne and Jean-François Ganevat farm their old vines biodynamically, working tiny parcels on clay-limestone slopes with an obsessive eye for detail. Hand-harvested fruit is vinified with native yeasts, minimal sulphur and a gentle touch, letting the site speak for itself. Expect a red of real charm: bright red berries, crushed herbs and a savoury, earthy twist, with silky tannins and that trademark Jurassien freshness. Drink it slightly chilled with charcuterie, roast poultry or a mushroom risotto. Produced in tiny quantities, so grab a bottle while you can.
