Vin de France "De toute beauté"

Anne et Jean-Francois Ganevat
A red that lives up to its name, crafted by one of the Jura's most talked-about estates. Anne and Jean-François Ganevat farm their old vines biodynamically, working tiny plots of marl and limestone with obsessive care and picking everything by hand. In the cellar, the approach is gloriously hands-off: native yeasts, gentle extraction, minimal sulphur, long ageing in old barrels. The result is a wonderfully drinkable wine, bursting with crunchy red berries, wild herbs and a fresh, mineral finish. Pour it slightly chilled alongside charcuterie, roast poultry or a simple mushroom risotto, and you'll see what the fuss is about.
