Vins Ojalà ! - Eléonore Noël

🍇 Vins Ojalà! – Eléonore Noël

Behind the cheerful name hides a winemaker with real character. Eléonore Noël pours everything she has into each bottle, and "Ojalà!" — that little Spanish word meaning "hopefully" or "fingers crossed" — says it all: here, wine is made with optimism, patience and a healthy dose of humility in front of nature. You can taste that honesty from the very first sip.

📍 A sun-soaked corner of the South

The vines grow in the warm south of France, where the wind dries the leaves, the summers are generous and the nights stay cool enough to keep the fruit lively. It's a landscape of garrigue, stones and wild herbs — thyme, rosemary and juniper that seem to sneak straight into the glass. Nothing is forced here; the climate does much of the talking, and Eléonore simply listens.

🪨 A terroir that speaks for itself

Limestone, clay, rolled pebbles and schist: the soils change from one plot to the next, and so do the wines. That's exactly the point. Each parcel is worked separately, harvested by hand and vinified with the lightest possible touch — native yeasts, minimal sulphur, no heavy make-up. What you get is a wine that tastes of somewhere, not of a recipe.

🍷 The grape varieties

Grenache brings roundness and sun-ripened red fruit, Syrah adds pepper and depth, Carignan offers that old-vine backbone with a lovely crunch, and Cinsault lends freshness and a lighter step. On the white side, expect Grenache Blanc, Roussanne or Vermentino, giving bottles full of white flowers, citrus zest and a saline finish that keeps you coming back.

🥂 Why you'll love these bottles

These are wines for sharing — open one with friends, a plate of grilled vegetables, a lamb chop or simply some good cheese. Juicy, digestible and full of personality, they're the kind of bottles that disappear faster than expected. Treat yourself: Ojalà! deserves a place on your table.
