🍾 Champagne Charles Dufour: Free-Spirited Energy from Côte des Bar
Based in Landreville, in the Côte des Bar (Aube), Charles Dufour represents a new wave of Champagne growers. He took over his family estate in 2010 and radically transformed it: organic farming, natural winemaking, and uncompromising cuvées. On 6 hectares spread across Landreville, Essoyes, and Celles-sur-Ource, he grows mainly Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Pinot Blanc.
