Côtes de Nuits Aux Vignottes

Antoine Lienhardt
A Burgundy red with real charm, crafted by a young grower who farms his vines organically and with obvious care. The fruit comes from a well-placed parcel on the Côte de Nuits, where limestone-rich soils give the wine its tension and clarity. Expect bright red cherry, wild raspberry and a gentle floral lift, wrapped in silky, fine-grained tannins. Vinification is deliberately gentle — whole-bunch work, native yeasts, minimal handling — so the terroir speaks rather than the cellar. Drink it now with roast chicken or charcuterie, or give it a couple of years. Honest, elegant Pinot Noir you'll want to pour again.
