Discover a Côte de Nuits red crafted by a young, talented grower based in Comblanchien, who farms his vines organically and with real sensitivity. Pinot Noir from clay-limestone slopes gives a wine of lovely purity: wild cherry, redcurrant and a whisper of crushed stone. Whole-bunch fermentation and gentle extraction keep everything fresh and silky, while ageing in mostly used oak lets the terroir do the talking. The 2023 vintage brings ripe, juicy fruit balanced by fine, supple tannins. Serve it with roast duck, mushroom risotto or a creamy Époisses, and enjoy a village wine that drinks well above its station.
