Based in Flaxman Valley, at the heart of South Australia's Barossa Valley, Tom Shobbrock is a leading figure in Australia's natural wine movement. After working in Europe, he returned to his family’s vineyards and converted all 9 hectares to organic and biodynamic farming. His winemaking is additive-free, using spontaneous fermentation, gentle extraction, and minimal sulfur at bottling. Grapes are often fermented as whole clusters, with an infusion-style approach. Cuvées like Poolside, Tommy Ruff, Novelli, Sammion, and Marco are vibrant, floral, digestible, and full of character.
