Tenute Vercellino
🍷 Tenute Vercellino: A Viticultural Revival in the Hills of Piedmont
Founded in 2020 in Valdengo (Piedmont, Italy) by siblings Lorenzo and Giulia Vercellino, Tenute Vercellino was born from a return to family roots. During the pandemic, they restored the historic brick-vaulted cellar and reclaimed the century-old vineyards surrounding their home. The steeply terraced plots are farmed entirely by hand, following a natural approach. In 2021, the estate expanded to Cerreto Castello and Lessona, with Edoardo Florio joining the team. Lorenzo, a trained oenologist, vinifies without additives or external consultants, crafting wines that reflect the region’s acidic, sandy soils with clarity and finesse.
