Romain Hénin "La Bulle Libre"
🌿 Origins and Philosophy (English)
Family Transmission: Romain Hénin, together with his brother Thomas and their collaborator Vincent, took over the family estate founded by their father Pascal Hénin.
New Identity: They renamed the estate “La Bulle Libre”, a symbol of independence and creativity, with the ambition to craft champagnes that are vibrant, sincere, and respectful of nature.
Natural Approach: No additives are used, neither in the vineyard nor in the cellar, and the cuvées are produced without added sulfur, resulting in pure and authentic brut nature champagnes.
🍇 Vineyard and Grapes (English)
Surface Area: The estate covers about 6.5 hectares around the commune of Aÿ-en-Champagne, in the Marne Valley.
Main Grapes:
50% Pinot Meunier
40% Pinot Noir
10% Chardonnay
These grape varieties are blended to create cuvées that are balanced, indulgent, and full of freshness.
