The Ferretti family farms organically, harvesting by hand and vinifying naturally without additives. Specializing in bottle-fermented natural sparkling wines (rifermentati in bottiglia), they highlight native grape varieties like Lambrusco dell’Emilia. Wines are aged in a semi-underground cellar with stable temperatures and offered in bottles, bag-in-box, or bulk formats.
