🍷 Domaine de l’Octavin: A Natural Symphony in the Heart of Jura

Founded in 2005 in Arbois by Alice Bouvot, Domaine de l’Octavin is one of France’s most iconic natural wine estates. Trained in agronomy and oenology after studying music, Alice farms around 5 hectares biodynamically (Demeter certified). She vinifies without any additives: no sulfur, no fining, no filtration. Her cuvées—often named after musical themes—are free expressions of Jura’s terroir and sometimes made from grapes sourced from like-minded growers.
