🍷 Didier Grappe: Jura’s Natural Wine Artisan

Based in Saint-Lothain, Jura, Didier Grappe has been cultivating his 3.8-hectare estate since 2001 across three distinct plots: Champs Rouge, En Novelin, and Longefin. Certified organic since 2007, he is one of the Jura’s most committed natural winemakers. All vineyard work is done by hand, with no chemical inputs, and he vinifies without added sulfur, using native yeasts.
