Bourgogne Pinot Noir

Paul Gayot
Looking for a red that's easy to love? This Burgundy Pinot Noir comes from Paul Gayot, a house that knows how to coax charm out of the region's limestone-rich soils. The 2023 vintage gives you bright cherry and redcurrant fruit, a touch of woodland spice, and silky tannins that never get in the way. Hand-tended vines and a gentle vinification keep things fresh and honest, with just enough depth to reward a second glass. Serve it slightly cool with roast chicken, charcuterie or a mushroom risotto. Simple, elegant and properly Burgundian — a bottle you'll happily come back to.
