Bourgogne Côté d'Or Les Vaux

Domaine Rougeot
Crafted in Meursault by a family estate working its vines organically and biodynamically, this Pinot Noir comes from a parcel on the Côte d'Or where clay-limestone soils give real depth and freshness. The 2023 vintage brings ripe red fruit: cherry, raspberry and a touch of wild strawberry, lifted by gentle spice. Vinification stays deliberately low-key, with native yeasts, a soft extraction and ageing in older barrels so the fruit and the terroir do the talking. The result is supple, juicy and beautifully drinkable, with fine tannins and a savoury finish. Perfect with roast poultry, charcuterie or a Sunday lunch with friends.
