Founded in 2018 by brothers Tom and Wim Jacobs in Kortenaken, Belgium, Antidoot Wilde Fermenten is more than a cidery—it’s a living fermentation workshop. Based in a barn next to their family home, they craft ciders, beers, wines, and hybrid blends using only wild, indigenous yeasts and bacteria.
