Woop Woop Antidoot Wilde Fermenten

🍺 Woop Woop 2024 

Inspired by an old Brabant tradition, this beer is brewed with barley malt, raw wheat, and aged hops. The mash was turbid mashed, cooled in a coolship, spontaneously fermented, and aged in oak barrels.
This cuvée is a blend of barrels aged for two, three, and four years.

📏 75cl – 6.5% alc.
