🐑 The Lamb ran away with the Crown 2025 

In spring 2025, we harvested dandelion flowers from between the rows of our vineyard. They were infused, with a touch of citrus peel, in a one-year barrel-aged beer. Refermentation took place with honey from our neighbors.
